Negative Edge Infinity Pool & Spa in Southampton

This Patrick Kenney Southampton built negative edge infinity pool and spa project includes saltwater sanitation, a silver marbledust, over 40,000 glass tiles, 14” bluestone coping with one raised bluestone patio, one sunken bluestone patio, over 1,000 square feet of natural stone veneering, and a large outdoor fireplace built into a wall surrounding the sunken patio. Much of the project is built 4 feet above ground level to create the infinity edge illusion. The spa is heated using a propane pool heater and the pool heated using a SolarAttic pool heater which is an attic mounted heat exchanger that cools the attic while it heats the pool. This project also features 4 Pentair magic stream laminars which are illuminated beams of water, Pentair intelliBrite color changing LED lights, and Aqua Connect which allows control of the pool and and all features from anywhere in the world. The spa features 22 high powered air and water hydrotherapy jets fed by 3″ plumbing. The total pool circulation system is made up of over 1/2 mile of plumbing and is capable of flowing over 650 gallons per minute which is demonstrated by the solid sheet of water that falls over 4 feet off the negative edge wall without separating.
